CAREER PROFILE

Larry is a founding principal and broker of Partners Global, having expanded his prior brokerage in 2003 to form Partners Global. Prior to 2003, Larry had operated his own commercial real estate brokerage, management, development and consulting firm. He has extensive experience in all facets of commercial and multi residential real estate, including purchase and sales, commercial leasing, development, financing, project management and property management. Larry has acted for national and international clients on design build projects, lease purchases, buybacks and development of commercial and residential properties. He has acted for clients to purchase or develop projects, has arranged short and long term financing, managed the assets, provided asset management advice and arranged dispositions to meet client objectives. Larry is a licensed real estate broker and a licensed mortgage broker in Nova Scotia and has in excess of thirty-five years of industry experience.
