CAREER PROFILE
Paul has been working in the commercial real estate industry for more than 25 years. He became President and co-owner of Greenarm, a New Brunswick based commercial property management and development company, in 1994. He is a co-founer of Plazacorp Retail Properties Ltd., a retail shopping centre and strip plaza development company taken public in 1999 and served as its Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Director. He is familiar with all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, divestitures, development, financing, leasing, and operations. He has experience with multi-unit residential properties, office and industrial buildings and public-private partnerships.
