CAREER PROFILE

Jim is a principal of Partners Global and is based in Fredericton, New Brunswick.  Jim specializes in the disposition and acquisition of commercial properties and land.  He has also been successful in providing business brokerage services to several clients.  
Jim’s legal background – with a specific focus on real estate and community planning in both the private and public sector - means he brings a truly unique and valuable skill set to the table.  He has had success in various New Brunswick markets and is able to add true value to the process – ultimately resulting in success for his clients.  

With Partners Global’s reach, Jim is able to provide these services throughout Canada and beyond.  He has been working  in various capacities in the commercial real estate industry, most recently as founding Partner of JAMESMARK Commercial Realty Ltd. – an independent commercial real estate brokerage.  He has experience in negotiating on behalf of both buyers and sellers - and has worked with clients ranging from local, first-time investors to large multi-nationals.
