CAREER PROFILE

Joe is an associate of Partners Global having worked in coordination with Mr. Sowerby on a number of projects since 1994. He has spent nearly forty years of his professional career working in the consulting, construction and real estate development environment throughout Atlantic Canada.

Prior to developing Moncton’s initial condominium project in 1984, he worked for a consulting engineering company within their project management and construction division. He has extensive experience in conceptualizing, developing, arranging short and long term financing, managing the actual design and construction and the eventual asset management upon completion for commercial properties, residential subdivisions, residential income properties and, condominiums. He has developed properties in all four Atlantic Provinces for both national and regional clients as well for his own corporate portfolio. Joe is regularly consulted by a variety of clients and/or competitors on the potential financial viability of residential and commercial projects.
