CAREER PROFILE

Niki has been in the property management business for the past 15 years. She has managed multi-tenant industrial, retail, office and most recently multi-unit residential properties. Niki has a detailed understanding of administration, budgeting, leasing and managing commercial real estate. She was responsible for all aspects of managing over 1.2 million square feet of multi-tenant commercial properties and completing all renewals with a tenant base of over 200 + tenants, while consistently maintaining a retention rate of 95%.
