Dan has 25 years of real estate experience. His main objective is to provide his corporate and personal clients with the highest level of real estate service. His clients range from large multi -national corporations to very successful independent investors/owner occupiers. Dan has earned their trust and confidence through exceeding his client’s expectations and listening to their requirements. The main services Dan offers his client’s are: experience, proven results, effective communications, confidentiality and trust.

Dan specializes in commercial and industrial sales, office leasing, land transactions and multi-residential sales. He is an effective negotiator and committed to ensuring his clients get the maximum value. He has worked throughout Atlantic Canada and is very familiar with all the major markets in the Maritimes.

Dan has worked as a Vice President for the largest commercial developers in Atlantic Canada. He has experience working with planners, engineers and contractors on numerous development projects. He has a strong understanding for financial models and has completed many feasibility studies for clients.

Dan has been active in the community, some of his involvements include:  a former President of the Urban Development Institute of Nova Scotia, former director of the Urban Development Institute for Canada, former director of the Avon Golf and Country Club, former member of the Advisory Board for the Halifax Moosehead hockey club, former trustee for CP Allen High School.
