Jim has been involved in the commercial real estate arena for more than 30 years, with a specialization on providing retail real estate services for over 20 years. Jim is passionate about client service excellence and has in-depth knowledge of Atlantic Canada’s retail development and leasing market.

Jim’s clients range from large established corporations, to independent business owners and new entrants to the market, and his experience extends to all types of retail properties including, regional malls, power centres, community, lifestyle & neighbourhood centres, street retail, and mixed-use developments. 

With his well-developed understanding of the market and strong network of contacts in the local and national markets, Jim is uniquely positioned to assist his retailer and/or developer clients in all areas of real estate process management, including project development, leasing, acquisition and disposition, strategic consulting, and property management.
