Millen is the General Manager for Partners Global’s Property Management team, bringing a mix of building system expertise, construction management, leadership, and hands-on experience to the role. A graduate of Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and a certified LEED Green Associate, Millen combines strong analytical skills with a passion for sustainable building practices.

With four years of experience in project design and sales for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, he developed a deep understanding of building operations and client needs. Millen also serves as the Chair of Young Engineers in ASHRAE for the Halifax chapter, showcasing his commitment to community, mentorship, and collaboration. 

Known for his professionalism, communication, and proactive approach, Millen is a valued addition to Partners Global, strengthening the team’s ability to deliver responsive, high-quality property and project management services.
