Sylvana is a retail specialist, with over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Partners Global, Sylvana was a founding member of former brokerage, Chambers Developments Inc., where she had the unique opportunity to be involved in all facets of the industry, including lease negotiations, property management, and market research, primarily focused on retail asset classes. 

In addition to her real estate experience, Sylvana has also had extensive involvement in market research and business management. The research and analytical skills she acquired while working with companies such as Sobeys, HEMA, and AIESEC have proven to be a great asset, taking on all assignments with a thoughtful approach and providing clients with in-depth market knowledge.
