Partners Global Corporate Real Estate is seeking offers for Bell Canada property located in Moncton’s high-growth retail hub.
Partners Global Corporate Real Estate has been retained by Bell Canada to dispose of the 9.83 acre property located at 555 Mapleton Road which was impacted by fire in early 2017.
The existing 40,000 square foot light warehouse complex, which was damaged by the blaze, previously housed Bell Aliant offices and caused a number of employees to relocate to temporary facilities and the downtown Alma Street Bell offices. Bell Canada announced in March 2017 that they wouldn’t be performing repairs or retaining the property.
In close proximity to the Trans-Canada Highway and the Trinity Power Centre, 555 Mapleton Road is surrounded by major multi-national retail stores and is primed for re-development. Recent retail openings in the area include a 50,000 square foot Cabela’s and a 25,000 square foot Princess Auto.
