Partners Global Expands Operation To Moncton and St. John’s

Partners Global Corporate Real Estate is pleased to announce its continued expansion within Atlantic Canada with the addition of two new offices – one in St. John’s, Newfoundland and the second in Moncton, New Brunswick.

The addition of St. John’s and Moncton complement the existing Partners Global offices in Halifax, Fredericton and the recently opened office in Saint John.

“We are strengthening our ability to best serve local, national and international clients throughout Atlantic Canada and beyond,” says Larry Sowerby, Principal with Partners Global Corporate Real Estate. “We are committed to addressing the unique needs of every client with true, local experience that is best realized when working on the ground.”

Leasing and Sales Advisor, Duncan Whitcomb serves clients from the centrally located downtown St. John’s office on Church Street, Newfoundland. Whitcomb, who spent time studying real estate development in Brisbane, Australia, and most recently at the University of Oxford in England, has provided advisory services to an assortment of national and international clients in all major asset classes across Newfoundland.

The new Moncton office, located on Main Street overlooking Jones Lake, will be manned by Bertin Hache, an existing advisor with Partners Global who offers 20 years of experience in sales and management, and has strong ties to the greater Moncton area.

“This is a truly exciting time for all of us at Partners Global,” says Paul Moore, an experienced real estate veteran who will oversee both offices. “By way of our experience, a growing network and local presence, we are able to offer our clients true collaboration for more effective real estate solutions.”
